Is their a minimum spend?

My minimum is just one hour per month. You can work on either an ad hoc or retainer basis with both options available at the same cost per hour.

How is payment made?

Once we have agreed on the work you wish me to carry out I will send you an invoice detailing this. If you are happy with the invoice payment can be made using the details provided. After that you will receive a receipt and everyone's accountant will be happy.

What if I need someone to come to me?

Unfortunately, this means I wouldn’t be the right fit for this role. As I work virtually and support multiple clients at the same time, it wouldn’t be possible for me to work in this way.

If you do decide to work virtually in the future, I’d be more than happy to help and will be here if you need support.

Why is the hourly rate seemingly higher than hiring an admin?

You're actually saving yourself a lot of money. Virtual assistants are much more efficent so will take less time to complete the tasks and no 16+ hour contacts required for example. A few other things you will be saving with, no insurance, desks, software, hardware, pensions, holidays or sickpay and none of the stress that goes along with it.

Are all of your services listed, or can you help with other tasks?

The services listed on my website cover the most common ways I support my clients, but they’re not exhaustive. If there’s something you need help with that isn’t listed, feel free to ask — chances are I can help, or I can point you in the right direction threw my network.
